For U.S. domestic shipments, we collaborate with reliable carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, Gofox Express, and SpeedPAK. We will dynamically assign the most efficient carrier based on your delivery address to guarantee timely order arrival.
Shipping Times
Shipping duration is subject to your location and selected service, with the following general estimates:
- U.S. Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Note: These are only estimated timeframes. Unforeseen delays may arise due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, carrier service disruptions, public holidays, or force majeure events. In such instances, total delays will not exceed 10 business days, and we will notify you promptly of any order status updates.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated according to your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact fee will be clearly displayed at checkout, prior to you finalizing your purchase.
Order Processing
